pin cushion love

i never thought i would lust after a pin cushion. i always thought the strawberries and the tomatoes, but was a wrong. so wrong. these pin cushions beat anything i've ever seen. from beth's bagz via the constant gatherer.

things i missed

when i left for the field for two weeks i managed to miss quite a few cute and shiny things on my regular blog haunts. it took a while to catch up but here are just a couple things from oh joy! that i missed:

1) finally! we can wear smocking as adults! i was beginning to think i would never be able to wear smock again. i luv smock but unfortunately, it appears as if you have to be under the age of 10 or dressed as alice in wonderland for halloween. these necklaces are super fab from tinctory on etsy.

red and turqouise/blue
